How to enrol
Every child has the right to access quality public education in their local community. To start your journey with us, please follow these key steps.

Check your eligibility: use School Finder to confirm if your address is within our local intake area.

Apply online: complete our online enrolment application.

Upload all supporting documentation with your online enrolment.

A smooth enrolment process
To ensure your application can be processed as efficiently as possible, it is recommended that you upload all supporting documentation at the time of completing your online enrolment.

100 points of residency proof checklist
As determined by Department policy, all 'in area' enrolments at Wattle Grove Public School will require the mandatory 100 points of residency proof.
100 POINTS OF RESIDENCY PROOF GUIDELINE
Only one of (no additional points for additional documents) = 40 points
- Council rates notice
- Lease agreement through a registered real estate agent for a period of at least 6 months or rental board bond receipt
- Exchanged contract of sale with settlement to occur within the applicable school year
Any of the following = 20 points
- Private rental agreement for a period of at least 6 months
- Centrelink payment statement showing home address
- Electoral roll statement
Any of the following documents = 15 points
- Electricity or gas bill showing the service address*
- Water bill showing the service address*
- Telephone or internet bill showing the service address*
- Driver licence or government issued ID showing home address*
- Home building or home contents insurance showing the service address
- Motor vehicle registration or compulsory third party insurance policy showing home address
- Statutory declaration stating the child’s residential address, how long they have lived there, and any supporting information or documentation of this

School contributions
Financial contributions from families are entirely voluntary. These contributions help support additional resources, extra-curricular activities, and enhanced learning opportunities. Please be assured that every student has full access to the curriculum and educational programs, regardless of whether contributions are made.
