Our policies and reports

Our school's policies and reports are designed to help families understand how our school operates. Our annual report and school plan highlight our achievements and ongoing improvements each year. We have clear policies that address key areas such as student attendance, absences, behaviour expectations, uniform requirements, and processes for responding to concerns. These policies guide our commitment to providing a safe, supportive, and responsive learning environment, and ensure that families are informed and involved in our school community.

Annual school report

Every year, we publish an annual school report to keep families informed about our school’s performance and how we support each student’s success. This report demonstrates our dedication to transparency, accountability, and ongoing improvement.

The report includes:

School excellence plan

Our School Excellence Plan (SEP) is a working document, developed in consultation with our community and details the steps our school will take to improve learning outcomes, teaching and leading. To ensure continuous improvement, the SEP reflects where our school is at and how we plan to improve in these areas.

It demonstrates our alignment and our commitment to excellence as part of public education in NSW to ensure a profound difference to the ongoing growth and development of our students.

External therapy providers may apply for onsite sessions at our school

Contact us if you would like to discuss this option further, as there is paperwork to complete, prior to sessions commencing.

Mobile phone policy

All mobile phones will be handed in and stored in the School Office for the full school day, including recess and lunch. This is an approved NSW Department of Education option and will limit unnecessary distractions and complement our ongoing approach to ensure every student maximises their learning and social growth in a safe and supportive environment.

School behaviour support and management plan

Our school has a school behaviour support and management plan (SBSMP). The SBSMP helps us create a safe, respectful and supportive learning environment for all students. It sets clear expectations for student behaviour. This includes how we respond to bullying and cyberbullying. We work together with our school community to shape the plan and review it each year.
